Regardless if you’re an experienced competitive fitness athlete or brand new to working out, we have a starting point for you. Check below to see what option might be best.

Experienced Athlete?

If you have prior experience with competitive fitness or CrossFit, you should be just fine hopping into our classes without restriction. At Indigo we place a big emphasis on safety and quality of movement. So our Coaches may ask that you scale weights initially, but you will not be required to attend any foundational classes.

New To Cross-Training?

If you have no, or little experience with this style of workout, no worries, we got you covered. We offer a free foundations course as part of your membership. These are one on one sessions where one of our coaches will work with you directly to help prepare you for our classes. This course will focus on how our classes operate as well as the types of movements we use in our workouts. Foundation classes are scheduled to your convenience.
